- Today,   SAMMA is a limited liability company created on May 26, 1960 with two main shareholders: SNIM sem, iron ore company with 52.5% and private 47.5%; - It is licensed under customs clearances authorisation no. 1 both in the airports & ports of Nouadhibou & Nouakchott & Rosso & allother customs offices in Mauritania; - At Nouadhibou we have yards of an area 30 000 sq m + warehouses 10 000 sq m; - Also have an extensive stock of hoisting & handling equipment: lifting cranes from 03 T to 45 T, Forklifts from 3 T to 28 T, tractors, trucks & trailers from 7 T to 32 T; - A private jetty about 50 m long and with a draft from 02 to 04 m;  - Two pontoons with capacities of 300 metric tons and a 150 HP tug boat for barging operations at sea.  - At Nouakchott we have leased facilities in the port area: 1 big warehouse 750 sq m and 03 large stacking areas, 02 hard surfaced about 7 000 sq m + new open yard 26 000 sq m;  - SEP, a company that manages all port equipments at Nouakchott , is owned in equal 1/7 shares by the 07 local handling companies including SAMMA;   cvxcgdgdf
